MACCLESFIELD, England - Carlos Tevez has been cleared to start the season with Juventus after having his court-ordered punishment rescinded in England. The former Manchester City striker still had to complete the majority of his 250 hours of unpaid community service that was imposed after a string of driving offences before leaving the Premier League club. But the terms have been changed by Macclesfield Magistrates Court near Manchester, with Tevez paying a fine now instead. District Judge Bridget Knight says "it is not, I repeat not, a case of a footballer thumbing his nose at a court order." Tevez thanked the court for its "help and assistance" and says he is "looking forward to a new chapter." Tevez joined Juventus last month in a transfer worth up to 12 million pounds ($18 million).Pedro Chelsea Jersey . Hey!" Which players should you build around, and which players should you fade? Our experts have the answers.Todays panel includes ESPN Fantasys Kyle Soppe, Jim McCormick and Tom Carpenter, plus DFS expert Al Zeidenfeld.Players to build aroundKyle Soppe -- Hassan Whiteside, Miami HeatOn some DFS slates you want to chase upside, while on others you want to build around a known quantity. Today feels very much like the latter. What is the downside on Whiteside? He leads the league in rebounding, ranks third in blocked shots, and very quietly has been the fifth-highest scoring center in basketball this season. The Pacers rank 28th in team rebounding rate, something that has me thinking an underwhelming double-double is the absolute worst case for Whiteside in this spot.Whitesides minutes are stable, as he is averaging just 3.2 fouls per game. Its also apparent that the Heat are willing to work him into their offensive game plan, given his 14.6 shots per game in December, an 11.5 percent increase over his November average. DeMarcus Cousins probably outscores him in DFS tonight, but Im not thinking he does so by the 25 to 30 percent difference that his price tag suggests.Jim McCormick -- Kyle Lowry, Toronto RaptorsLowry delivers the high-floor ingredients we covet for cash competition, as he ranks third in the NBA in minutes per game and faces a soft defensive backcourt that has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points per game to opposing point guards. Philadelphia has been more competitive of late, but thats actually helpful to Lowrys fantasy case. He should again play heavy minutes at the helm of a Raptors offense that leads the NBA in offensive rating.Tom Carpenter -- Marc Gasol, Memphis GrizzliesThe big fellow skipped last nights game in order to rest up. Tonight he gets to face a Cavaliers squad that is rolling out its B-team sans Kyrie Irving, LeBron James and Kevin Love. The table is set for him to have a big Wednesday, and with all of the discount plays available, his contract is entirely reasonable.Al Zeidenfeld -- John Wall, Washington WizardsYoure going to be able to fit all the $10,000-plus guys you want tonight, so heres the one underpriced superstar that youre going to want to go ahead and jam in with them. Wall is just too cheap on DraftKings, and with his realistic expectation from night to night floating between 45 and 55 fantasy points, theres just no reason not to have him in your lineups.Go aahead and jam him, James Harden?and anyone else you want around all the minimum-priced value players who will log 30-plus minutes tonight.ddddddddddddPlayers to fadeKyle Soppe -- Russell Westbrook, Oklahoma City ThunderFading Westbrook might be the most stressful thing to do in DFS these days, but this is a decent spot to do it. He gets a top-5 defense on the road, and on the second night of a back-to-back. Westbrooks inefficient style of play is no secret. Hes been shooting below 43 percent from the field in December while averaging 6.4 turnovers per game for the month. That could be a big problem when facing the second-slowest offense in the league. Listen, Im not saying Westbrook puts together a complete stinker, but I do think his no triple-double streak is extended to the longest it has been over the last month -- three straight games. Hell have problems reaching value in this one.Jim McCormick -- Sean Kilpatrick, Brooklyn NetsThis pace-driven matchup between the Nets and the Lakers may appear to be attractive, but Im fading Kilpatrick given the return of Jeremy Lin. Kilpatricks value came from distribution duties, but the simple fact is that Lin was among the league leaders in drives, touches and passes prior to his hamstring injury. Now that hes back in the fold, the Nets backcourt is a bit murky. Avoid them all until some clarity returns.Tom Carpenter -- DeMar DeRozan, Toronto RaptorsAt first glance, it looks like he would be a terrific play against the lowly 76ers, but it turns out he hasnt done anything notable against them, either this season or last. He carries a hefty price and is unlikely to match it tonight. There are far better options available thanks to all of the injuries and absentee lineups this evening.Al Zeidenfeld -- Gordon Hayward, Utah JazzSimply put and short, but sweet. I have no need for any midrange values as this slate has become 100 percent stars and scrubs with everyone sitting. Ill have virtually zero shares of Hayward tonight, especially at his Wednesday price point of ?$8,400 on DraftKings ($8,100 on FanDuel).Al Zeidenfeld is a promoter & user at DraftKings (Username: Al_Smizzle) and plays on his personal account in games he offers advice on.
