Rob Key will be Sky Sports man on the ground in India, providing regular video diaries during the ICC World Twenty20. Keep tabs on what Keysy gets up to throughout the tournament on our digital platforms, as he is embedded with the Ireland team initially before teaming up with England.Ahead of his flight, Key talked Karl Pilkington, Kabaddi and curry. Oh, and some cricket…I have been to India a couple of times before; its a great place. I cant wait to explore as much of the country as I can, as well as watch how the teams prepare for the World T20 and see what they get up to on and off the field. Were just days away from the start of the ICC World Twenty20. Who will walk away with the trophy? The producer has me earmarked for a Karl Pilkington-type trip I think!Personally, I want to try a bit of Kabaddi. I used to watch it every Saturday morning, and play it with my kids. Maybe Ill make it along to a professional team and see if I can have a go!Ill have my hands full with Ireland, though. It will be nice to meet up with the squad as I know a few of the guys. Ive played with and against Ed Joyce for years, while Niall Nobby OBrien started off at Kent.Nobby is very much like what you see on camera; he is a lively character, enjoys life and is infectious to be around. Ireland captain William Porterfield explains how the side are preparing for the World T20 in India But I still need to knuckle down and get some sort of pre-season under my belt out there for Kent. Who knows, if they pick up any injuries, they might even draft me in as a specialist fielder!Ireland must be one of the most experienced teams of the associate counties, and they have a great chance to qualify given some of the players they have.Having Boyd Rankin back is big for them, as they generally have always had a strong batting line-up but have lacked a bit of firepower with the ball. Boyd Rankin played just one Test for England, and seven one-day internationals I thought he was unlucky with England as he never really got an opportunity to show what he could do. Hell get that opportunity here, in an environment he is probably more comfortable with.As for England, I reckon they are an outside bet for the tournament. In previous World Cups or World T20s that hasnt been the case - at times theyve almost been lucky to qualify! But now they seem to have a good formula, much like they did when they won in the West Indies in 2010.Im very jealous of the England players just now, as it seems like a really good time to walk into the team. Trevor Bayliss and Paul Farbrace have created a very relaxed and enjoyable culture about the place. South Africa celebrate a final-ball T20I win over England after Reece Topley missed a run out They very nearly won their white-ball series in South Africa - but for a dropped catch in the fourth ODI and a missed run out in the first T20I it might have been very different - and that was without a lot of their players being in particularly good form.If they do find form, they can beat anybody. They have the right players out there, have a good balance to their team, and Id say they are one of at least the top three teams in the competition.Im also looking forward to watching the likes of Chris Gayle in action. Virat Kohli, too, is someone I have always enjoyed watching play. Glenn Maxwell is another. Chris Gayle is one of the batsmen Rob Key is most looking forward to watching in the World T20 I think were going to see some extraordinary cricket in this World T20 as conditions will generally be bat-friendly.Plus, Ill be looking to sample some local cuisine. Youre best off going with whatever curry you can rather any home cooking. Leave it to the experts!Sky Sports is the only place you can watch all 35 games of the 2016 ICC World T20, starting with Zimbabwe v Hong Kong on Tuesday 8th March at 9am on Sky Sports 2 HD. Anthony Calvillo, through 20 CFL seasons, was frequently invincible and largely stoic in the heat of competition. But underneath the professional exterior he was, and is, compellingly human. SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Of all the things that have angered Syracuse Orange coach Jim Boeheim over the last two games, rebounding stands out.In losing by a combined 31 points to No. 20 South Carolina and No. 17 Wisconsin in the last week, the No. 22 Orange were outrebounded 77-55.Against the Badgers on Tuesday, Syracuse held a 16-15 rebounding edge at halftime but was outrebounded 25-9 in the second half of a 77-60 loss in an ACC-Big Ten Challenge game at the Kohl Center. They got on the boards and we didnt, Boeheim said. Its not very technical. So rebounding will be the primary point of emphasis for Syracuse when the Orange (4-2) host the North Florida Ospreys (3-6) on Saturday afternoon at the Carrier Dome. The Atlantic Sun Conference-member Ospreys employ a three-guard system, but two of their starting guards are 6-foot-5 (Aaron Bodager and Nick Malonga) and they also start a 6-8 forward (Chris Davenport) and 6-11 center (Romelo Banks).North Florida has outrebounded its opponents by an average of 39.6-34.3 this season, and the Ospreys held their own on the boards in a 91-60 loss to No. 24 Florida last Thursday as they trailed only 32-29 in rebounds.Syracuse is outrebounding its opponents 40-35.3 per game this season, but thats mainly because the Oranges first four games were against Colgate, Holy Cross, Monmouth and South Carolina State.Syracuse needs more rebounding production out of senior forward Tyler Roberson, who averaged 8.5 boards per game last year but is at 5.7 this year, and the Orange guards in their 2/3 zone defense need to grab more of the longer rebounds.Rebounding wasnt the only issue for Syracuse against South Carolina and Wisconsin. After shooting 50.2 percent from the floor and 45.dddddddddddd7 percent from 3-point range in their first four games, the Orange shot 41.5 and 27.8 against the Gamecocks and Badgers. And defensively, South Carolina and especially Wisconsin sliced up Syracuses zone as the Oranges six new players continue to learn the nuances of the defense. Wisconsin shot 49.2 percent from the field and went 11-for-23 (47.8 percent) from 3-point range after making just 31 percent of its 3-point shots in its first seven games. We didnt cover areas that we have to cover, Boeheim said. And they made pretty easy shots, pretty wide open shots.Under coach Matthew Driscoll, the Ospreys havent shied away from scheduling Power Five conference teams as theyve already played (and lost to) Auburn, Miami, LSU and Florida this season with Syracuse, Arkansas and Connecticut to follow.Against Florida, Ospreys senior guard and NBA prospect Dallas Moore scored a game-high 31 points on 12-for-21 shooting (including 6-for-12 from beyond the arc), but it wasnt nearly enough as the Gators bench outscored North Floridas bench 51-16.Dallas was obviously one of the best players on the floor and thats why the NBA scouts were here (Thursday night), Driscoll said. Dallas is a special talent and I dont know if we will have another one around here like him. I hope we do because it makes my job easier for sure.Moore, the Atlantic Sun ConferencePreseason Player of the Year, leads the Ospreys in scoring at 20.4 points per game and is second in assists with 26. Banks is averaging 10.4 points per game and a team-high 6.1 rebounds per contest. ' ' '
