FORT WORTH, Texas -- Matt Tifft, a part-time driver in the Xfinity Series and Camping World Truck Series who underwent brain surgery in July and returned to the drivers seat 11 weeks later, has signed a deal to race a full Xfinity season for Joe Gibbs Racing next year.The 20-year-old Tifft had surgery July 1 to remove a tumor, which was about the size of a half-dollar and located on the right side near his temple, about an inch into his brain at the deepest point.
